EXPERIENCE
“From the creators of the empanada and chimichurri pairing…”
The experience begins by tasting a welcome homemade “picada” while we learn about the history of Argentine cuisine. Then, we roll up our sleeves and cook a four-course local menu, which includes a snack, appetizer, main course, and dessert. Yes, we complement the menu with wines especially paired.
During the experience, not only will we learn how to prepare traditional recipes, but also about their history and origin.
Finally, following our customs, we will share everything we cooked sitting around our table, in an intimate and cozy atmosphere where you can meet travelers from all around the world, and, why not? Make new journey friends.
*4 hours experience (from 11am to 3pm) – can be adapted to 2 or 3 hours for private groups.
Menu
5 step-menu paired with Durigutti wines – Las Compuertas. Water and homemade lemonade included.
Picada with homemade preserves, pickles and bread. – Vermouth cocktail.
Chipá with BBQ sauce and fermented spicy sauce.
Beef empanadas and chimichurri sauce.
Humita stew gratin.
Flamed Dulce de leche crepes with ice cream and homemade limoncello.
